SeverForm accessories are independently designed and manufactured in Ontario, Canada.
Every order is carefully packaged and shipped from Canada to customers worldwide.
How quickly do orders ship?
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed earlier in the day may ship the same business day, depending on product availability and order volume.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information to follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! SeverForm ships throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
We aim to make international shipping as straightforward as possible. Whenever available, SeverForm selects Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, allowing applicable import duties and taxes to be handled in advance.
When DDP shipping is unavailable, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their destination country.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
We carefully package every order and provide tracking information whenever available.
While international shipments may occasionally experience carrier or customs delays, we're always happy to help investigate delivery issues.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
